Cause of Being Overweight or Obese


Cause of being overweight was not only limited to eating a lot, lack of exercise or too long in the room air conditioner. So also with taking several medicines. The following causes of being overweight or obese:
1. Virus flu
Children in the journal Pediatrics that children exposed to flu virus adenovirus 36 in this case, is more likely to be obese.

2. Using the air conditioning / AC

Mothers who give birth in more than 30 years of age, tend to have obese children. Archives of Disease in Childhood explains that, children born to women aged 30 years and over, fat content of 2.6 - 2.8 percent. This means more than children born to women younger than 25 years.
7. Environmental pollution
Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition states that plastic chemicals such as bis phenol A and polybrominated diphenyl endocrine disrupting. Same article also appeared in The International Journal of Obesity states that the plastic chemicals also disrupt hormone signals that can ultimately result in obesity in humans that are in that environment.
8. Genetic factors
The journal Nature Genetics includes about 18 new genetic markers that could play a role in obesity. According to two published studies also mentioned the signs, even in the same article, no link between the gene with obesity.
9. High-fat diet during pregnancy
Researchers from the University of Cincinnati and the Medical College of Georgia found that rats fed a diet high in fat, tend to have large babies. Birth of a risk factor for obesity later in life. The new study emphasized that particularly younger children gained weight after tonsillectomy they are not more likely to become overweight or obese after the tonsillectomy. Thus tonsillectomy is not a factor for obesity.
