Causes and How to Tackle When Experiencing Nosebleeds


The inside of the nose covered by mucous membrane which is always wet. This mucous membrane contains many blood vessels interwoven. At the front, called a fabric vascular plexus kiesselbach. In the back of the fabric of the blood vessels were also found. When these blood vessels rupture, can cause nosebleeds. The majority of nosebleeds can be stopped with the help of a simple or even stop myself.
Causes of nosebleeds
1. The most common cause is a collision or custom-match dig nose.

8. Nosebleeds in adults can be caused by smoking, high blood pressure, alcohol, or taking medication which thins the blood.
9. Children who take medication that contains aspirin and ibuprofen also may have nosebleeds because of the blood to clot fast enough.
Preventing nosebleeds
1. Do dig-match nose.
2. Do not be blowing your nose loudly.
3. Avoid cigarette smoke or other chemicals.
4. Use a humidifier when the weather is too dry.
5. Use saline nose drops or sterile salt water to moisten the nose.
6. Apply petroleum jelly or moisturizer to the inside of your nose before bed, to prevent dry.
7. Avoid impact on the nose.
Overcome when a nosebleed
1. Sit back, so that the nose is higher than the heart.
2. Leaned forward slightly, and breathe from the mouth.
3. Do not sleep on your back. Increases blood flow to the nose heavy, and the blood can be swallowed back.
4. Press your nose for 5 minutes. Who pressed the entire front of the nostrils, just above the nostrils.

8. When you have frequent nosebleeds, may require a mixture of 4% lidocaine to reduce pain and epinephrine 1: 10,000 to accelerate the blood stops. Installation for 10-15 minutes is often sufficient. Oxymetazoline 0.05% nasal spray may also help
