Benefits of Music For Health


Listening to music is a very enjoyable activity. In fact, not infrequently of us are willing to spend time just listening to music. As well as musical entertainment for all people from all walks of life, both young and old, rich, poor, and so on, all the music together. Yet know that music is beneficial to health. Without us knowing the benefits that flow with the music. A study showed that listening to music can give an effect on the brain associated with memory and vision.


1. Improve mood 
Reaction of each individual when listening to music is different. Listening to music can trigger the release of dopamine in the body's hormones. Hormone dopamine release associated with feelings of pleasure.

Listening to music can help you to concentrate. A tool 'digital tonic' which is called Ubrain, claims can help the mind focus and relax. This application is based on binaural beats (which can stimulate the specific activity in the brain) that helps you to increase your energy, your mind and improve mood while listening to favorite music.
3. Increase endurance
Listen to certain music can actually help you run faster. A study at Brunel University, West London has shown that music can help to increase endurance by 15 percent, improve morale and energy efficiency of 1-2 percent. Instead, choose a song that suits your exercise tempo. Listening to music while you exercise will provide metronomik effect on the body, allowing you to exercise longer.
4. Better mental health
Music is also very helpful for those who have problems with mental conditions that are less setabil. In developed countries, serve as the medium of music therapy: either as a means of communication and self-expression or for the quality inherent restorative or healing.
5. Relieve stress
From a study of a mental health charity shows, nearly a third of people listening to music to give the spirit at work. And one in four people admit that they listen to music while traveling to work to help manage stress.
6. Patient care
Music was a very big positive impact to help the long-term treatment of diseases, like heart disease, cancer and respiratory conditions. Many experiments have shown that music can help lower heart rate, blood pressure and help relieve pain, anxiety, and improve the quality of life of patients.
